Worldwide – European Commission Framework Contract: Culture, Governance and Home Affairs

Casals & Associates, Inc. (Casals), as a subcontractor to Business and Strategies in Europe (B&S Europe), a Belgium-based consultancy firm, was selected in August 2009 for a European Commission good governance contract.

The award is a “Framework Contract Lot 7: Culture, Governance and Home Affairs”—one of the European Commission’s most active umbrella vehicles for procuring technical services in the following areas:

Public administration reform
Anticorruption
Access to justice
