Contract
Vehicles
It is now easier than ever for U.S. federal agencies to
work with C&A, thanks to the numerous contracts that we have been
awarded.
Federal
Agency Specific Contracts
U.S.
Agency for International Development (USAID): C&A is the
prime contractor on two USAID Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs).
- Under the Encouraging Global Anticorruption and Good Governance Efforts (ENGAGE) IQC, C&A works with host country governments, civil society organizations, and the private sector to foster transparency, promote accountability, and strengthen government integrity. C&A and its partners provide a wide range of anticorruption and good governance technical services in drafting and carrying out anticorruption reforms; conducting service delivery and corruption diagnostic surveys; training government officials in best practices, ethics and conflict of interest; and mainstreaming anticorruption approaches. These services can include such topics as justice sector reform, financial management, procurement, political finance and E-Government, among others. C&A and its partners also provide capacity building and grants for civil society, training of journalists in investigative journalism, and evaluations and assessments of anticorruption programs.
- Under
the Support Which Implements Fast Transition II IQC (SWIFT
II), C&A works with the Office
of Transition Initiatives (OTI) to provide quick turnaround
financial and technical assistance to government and nongovernment
organizations in countries worldwide that have undergone or are
undergoing a political transition or conflict. Task orders deal
with a wide range of subjects, including media and public information,
political initiatives and elections support, civil society strengthening,
legal and justice sector reforms, rural infrastructure, and humanitarian
de-mining.

professional business services to CMS under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite

-
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): C&A holds a professional, administrative, and management support
services IDIQ for SAMHSA’s Center for Mental Health Services under

supply schedule contracts. Federal agencies can purchase C&A’s

the way they use their own traditional support contracts but with a shorter
