“Milk
Matters” Calcium Education Campaign
C&A
developed and implemented a strategic communications framework for
the National
Institute of Child Health and Development (NICHD) that targeted children,
parents, and health-care professionals as part of the national “Milk
Matters” calcium education campaign. The multi-media campaign
underscores the importance of making milk and milk products a part
of a healthy diet,
partic ularly
for children and teens. As part of this effort, C&A created a new
“Milk Matters” website for NICHD in English and Spanish with
content specifically targeted to kids and teens, including interactive
games and quizzes. In addition, C&A produced two Spanish-language
publications as well as several information sheets targeting various
segments
of the campaign’s audience.
