Control Self-Assessment Training
C&A, in partnership with PDK Control Consulting International, trained local, regional, and national governments in Latin America in Control Self Assessment (CSA). C&A successfully conducted workshops in Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras, and Mexico. CSA is a managerial process that calls upon the employees of an institution to identify obstacles and strengths of an organization and help develop action plans to address issues and improve organizational performance. Through an anonymous voting process, employees quantitatively identify and rank the practices and vulnerabilities of their agencies.
