for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Meetings and
Conferences
C&A
is planning and managing meetings and conferences for the Centers for
Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) related to the Medicare Modernization
and Improvement Act of 2003 (MMA). CMS is using the conferences to gather
MMA policy ideas from a variety of private-sector constituents, develop
a broad range of public-private partnerships, and disseminate information
to Medicare beneficiaries and those acting on their behalf to assist
them in making informed choices about the benefits and options that best
meet their needs. Under the same CMS contract, C&A is also providing
meeting support for a Caregiver Coalition Satellite Broadcast explaining
MMA to caregiver coalitions, caregivers, and other organizations.
