Management for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
C&A is managing exhibits the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid
Services (CMS) is using to educate its constituents about the Medicare
Modernization and Improvement Act of 2003 (MMA) and its provisions. Working
with CMS and an exhibit/display vendor, C&A produced traveling exhibit packages for the CMS Central Office and Regional Offices to use to disseminate MMA information at national constituent conferences nationwide. C&A is also responsible for managing the storage
and inventory control of the exhibits and associated CMS giveaways and
print materials; shipping these items to conferences; and registering
for and paying the fees associated with CMS exhibits and, in some cases,
presentations by CMS staff at these events. C&A developed a management
support database system, which is Internet-based and password-protected,
to provide real-time tracking of exhibit components, logistics, and other
contract activities.
