Corporate Governance Training Program for the U.S. Department of Commerce

managed a corporate governance training program for business leaders
from
Russia and Kazakhstan for the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) International
Trade Administration's Office of Eastern Europe, Russia and
Independent States (OEERIS). The training—which took place
in Moscow, Russia, and Washington, D.C., in the spring of 2004—focused
on the link between good corporate governance and effective anti-corruption
programs; ethics-related
issues of corporate governance; and practical, programmatic steps to
implement business conduct programs.
