Event Marketing and Public Relations
C&A provides marketing and public relations services to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for training meetings, partner meetings, enrollment events, and similar activities related to the Medicare prescription drug benefit. The outreach activities are designed to disseminate information to Medicare beneficiaries and those acting on their behalf to assist them in making informed choices about the benefits and options that best meet their needs. C&A’s services include constituent outreach support; collateral materials production and distribution; event planning and coordination; and information support, including project planning, management reporting, and cost analysis and expenditure tracking.
