Supporting Anti-Corruption Efforts in Countries Worldwide
Under the Encouraging Global Anticorruption and Good Governance Efforts (ENGAGE) IQC, C&A works with host country governments, civil society organizations, and the private sector to foster transparency, promote accountability, and strengthen government integrity. C&A and its partners provide a wide range of anticorruption and good governance technical services in drafting and carrying out anticorruption reforms; conducting service delivery and corruption diagnostic surveys; training government officials in best practices, ethics and conflict of interest; and mainstreaming anticorruption approaches. These services can include such topics as justice sector reform, financial management, procurement, political finance and E-Government, among others. C&A and its partners also provide capacity building and grants for civil society, training of journalists in investigative journalism, and evaluations and assessments of anticorruption programs.
