Asset Seizure & Forfeiture Management in the Dominican Republic
At the
request of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau for International
Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, C&A managed a program focusing
on asset seizure and forfeiture within three key anti-drug institutions
in the Dominican Republic: the Superintendence of Banks, the National
Drug Council, and the National Directorate for Drug Control.
