Ethical Awareness Raised in Paraguay

A comprehensive ethics campaign energized public servants in Paraguay’s Ministry of Education and Culture, resulting in the creation of a Code of Ethics, better governance, and an Ethics Office.

Our Work Featured on USAID Website

The celebration marking the completion of campus repairs at Y.Y. Okot Memorial College, a school for girls in Kitgum, northern Uganda, was featured in a success story posted on the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) website in October 2009. The repairs were funded through the USAID OTI project Casals & Associates manages.

Casals & Associates, as a subcontractor to Business and Strategies in Europe (B&S Europe), was recently selected for a European Commission "Framework Contract Lot 7: Culture, Governance and Home Affairs." The award is one of the European Commission’s most active umbrella vehicles for civil society promotion, rule of law, democratization, public administration reform, anticorruption, access to justice, human rights and dentralization technical services.
