REVERSIBLE INDUSTRIAL CEILING FANS – HIGH AIRFLOW AT LOW SPEED WITH HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Large-diameter, high-efficiency three-phase ceiling fans designed to move large volumes of air at low speed with minimal energy consumption. Their primary function is to improve thermal comfort, promote air destratification, and reduce energy usage both in winter and summer.
Thanks to their brushless EC motor technology and advanced aerodynamic design — featuring anodized aluminum blades with NACA airfoil profile and winglets — AERONIKA HVLS fans offer quiet, reliable operation with virtually no maintenance.

MANUFACTURING FEATURES

• Available diameters: 300, 400, 500, 600, and 700 cm
• Brushless EC motors, three-phase (200–480 V, 50–60 Hz)
• IP65 protection against dust and water
• Reversible airflow (upwash / downwash)
• Wide operating range: –10 °C to +50 °C
• One-piece anodized aluminum blades
• NACA aerodynamic profile with winglets for improved efficiency and reduced noise
• Integrated electronics inside the motor housing, including:
  
  • EMI/EMC filters
  • Protection against overvoltage, overheating, short circuit
  • Isolated 0–10 V analog input
  • RS485 with Modbus RTU (compatible with BAS systems)
• Quick and safe installation with standard kit (1.5 m rod, brackets, and hardware)
• Optional tie-rod kits for seismic zones, vibration-prone environments, or areas with collision risks
