MANUFACTURING FEATURES
Casing

  • Available in galvanized steel sheet or Magnelis® steel, a high corrosion-resistant metallic coating equivalent to a C5 finish. Connection flanges and inspection door included.
  • In-line configuration with airtight panels and 40 mm rock wool insulation.
  • Inspection cover for easy access to the impeller for cleaning and maintenance.
  • Hinged opening system for the motor–impeller assembly, allowing maintenance without dismantling the casing. Opening positions at approximately 45° and 90°.



Impeller

  • High-efficiency backward-curved blade impeller.
  • Designed to operate without volute or scroll.
  • Self-cleaning design, statically balanced.
  • Manufactured from galvanised steel with anti-corrosion treatment.
  • Direct driven.


Motor

  • Motor with flange (B5) and waterproof shaft.
  • Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor.
  • Protection rating IP55, insulation class F.
  • Standard asynchronous squirrel cage motor with IP-55 protection and Class F insulation. Standard voltages 230V 50Hz for single-phase andmotors 230/400V 50Hz and 400/690V 50Hz for single-speed, 400V 50Hz three-phase motors 50Hz for the 2 speeds.


APPLICATIONS

  • Ventilation and smoke extraction in covered car parks.
  • Ventilation of technical rooms, industrial premises, commercial spaces and kitchens.
  • Maximum continuous working temperature: transported air 120ºC, ambient 60ºC to -25ºC in three-phase motors and 50ºC to -25ºC in single-phase motors.
