MANUFACTURING FEATURES:
• Long case fan.
• Transmission ball bearings set inside a sealed box manufactured in steel or cast aluminium. Ball bearings permanently greased.
• Cast aluminium impeller with variable pitch angle in origin.
• Polyester powder finishing coat.
• ATEX standard asynchronous motor. ATEX certified: II2G Ex d, Ex e / II3G Ex nA. IP55 protection and class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz in three phase motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.
• Inspection door located on the lower part of the housing.
• Atex zone 1,2,22 construction.
APPLICATIONS:
Designed for inline installation, they are suitable for:
• Air renewal in buildings and industries.
• Extraction of hot air up to 110ºC.
• Maximum working temperature: carried air: 110ºC, ambient 60ºC.
• Ventilation in indoor environments classified as ATEX

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
• Protective grille on the motor and propeller side to prevent objects from entering. For HC and HCA models, the RP grille is only applicable on the propeller side. The RP is also suitable for the HMR EVO range, both for intake and discharge (note that the grille is of different sizes depending on whether it is for intake or discharge)
• Constructed with electro-welded rod.
• Compliant with ROHS directive 2002/95/EC.

The selection of SFC frequency drive speed controller must be made based on the maximum intensity absorbed by the fan to be regulated. The powers (kW) and the intensity for constant load refer to the normal duty (150% overload for 60 seconds). The intensity for quadratic load admits an overload of 110% during 60s.
