MIXFLOW, POLYPROPYLENE CASING AND IMPELLER
MANUFACTURING FEATURES:
• In-line mixed-flow fan in plastic casing.
• Casing made of high quality durable ABS plastic (CHELYS 100-160) or fire resistant polypropylene ( CHELYS 200-315). Model 125S is provided with a stronger motor.
• Motor with impeller and terminal box fixed on the casing by means of special clamps with latches, designed to be easily dismounted without tools.
• Single phase motor, 2 speeds, with ball bearings. Standard voltages 230V 60 Hz. IPX4 protection.
• The CHELYS range is designed to allow the installation or dismantling of the fans without any duct manipulation.
APPLICATIONS
Designed for inline installation, they are suitable for:
• Air renewal in bathrooms and small closed environments.
• Maximum working temperature: 50 ºC.

MANUFACTURING FEATURES
• Specially designed for sinus wave speed control. Only available for single phase fans.
• Terminal wiring.
• Minimum speed adjustable and potentiometer speed control.
• Sealed box IP-54 box. Light switch pilot.
• EMC filter according to the En55014 Standard.
MANUFACTURING FEATURES
• Flexible joint to clinch the fan to the duct.
• Avoids transmission of vibrations for circular and rectangular connection.
• Dimensions: two metallic flanges of 45mm each one and a flexible flange of 60mm.
• The reel is 30,5m lenght.
• Maximum pressure: 20 mmca.
• Fire resistance M0 from -50ºC to +200ºC in continuous and 400ºC/2h.
MANUFACTURING FEATURES
• Safety start-stop switches according to IEC 60947-1 and IEC 60947-3.
• IP65 and always equipped an auxiliary contact.
• Useful for switching off the current before handling the fan.
