SOUND-PROOF MIXED FLOW EXTRACTOR FANS
The KUVIO-Q range products are fitted with traditional AC motors, 3 speeds.
• Enclosures made of fire resistant plastic resin, E2 class, according with ISO EN 11925-2: 2010, in areas close to motor and electrical components.
• Casing integrating a sound-absorbing coating, optimized to minimize sound emissions radiated into the environment and transmitted through exhaust and supply ducts.
• Nominal diameter from Ø100 to Ø315 mm.
• Induction motor, thermally protected, with shaft mounted on ball bearing supports, coupled with a centrifugal impeller.
• Timer versions (T) are equipped with an electronic timer for automatic operation at maximum speed, which can be set in the 3-20’ range at the installation (default setting 3’).
• High water resistance: IPX5 (if installed in a duct).
• 220-240V 50/60Hz.
• Adjustable speed through Casals speed devices.

Duct Suspension M8 Isophonic clamp for rigid circular ducts in galvanised steel with elastomer seal liner. Rapid hanging system for diameters 400 mm and smaller. Prevents transmission of vibrations. Easy set up.

Strap clamp for flexible circular duct. Made of stainless steel. AISI 430. Prevents the transmission of vibrations and is easy to install for diameters up to 320mm.
The sound attenuators are used to absorb the noise in air conditioning or ventilation ducts.

Stainless steel execution
Galvanized sheet-metal backdraught shutter with aluminium fins and return springs to install in the discharge of the fans. They prevent odors, air currents, water penetration due to rain when the fans are off and prevent heating leaks when the extractor does not work.
Sensor to control the air temperature in the room: allows automatic start or speed change of the combined product when the temperature exceeds the preset value, selectable by external trimmer and adjustable in the range 10°C - 40°C. A timer allows the appliance to operate for a predetermined time, which can be set during installation from 3 to 20 minutes, after the temperature has dropped below the predetermined threshold.
Single-phase 220-240V / 50- 60 Hz power supply. Wall installation.
The color white.
Maximum allowable load: 3A.
Enclosure for wall installation with IP20 protection.
Sensor for controlling the rate of relative humidity (RH) in the air: allows automatic start or speed switching of the combined product when the percentage of RH exceeds 65%. If the humidity does not exceed the threshold, the associated appliance turns on automatically a few seconds after the light is turned on and continues to operate, after it is turned off, for a preset time, which can be set during installation from 3 to 20 minutes .
Single-phase power supply 220-240 V / 50-60 Hz. Wall installation. The color white.
Maximum admissible load: 3 A.
