What is it?
Magnelis® is an advanced steel coating composed of zinc, aluminium, and magnesium. This alloy protects the base steel against corrosion much more effectively than traditional galvanising.
Cut edges
Its key advantage is self-healing. Magnesium allows the coating to physically migrate to seal and protect cut-edge zones where traditional galvanising usually fails and rust begins.
C5 environments
Validated for high corrosion categories C5 according to ISO 12944-2. It is ideal for coastal areas with high salinity, chemical industries, or livestock farms with high ammonia loads.
