Additionally, it has a stainless steel drainage purge that serves as an escape route for fluid loads, increasing its capacity to work in oily load environments.

- High efficiency, self-cleaning backward impeller: The KENTALCOOK impeller is designed to provide efficient and clean extraction, ensuring constant airflow and reduced waste accumulation.
- Built-in safety switch: KENTALCOOK has a safety switch to stop the equipment in case of maintenance tasks.
- Airflow-isolated motor: The KENTALCOOK motor is isolated from the airflow, allowing it to work with contaminated flow at temperatures higher than the environment without compromising performance.
- Optional grease or fluid collection trap: KENTALCOOK comes with an optional accessory trap designed to collect the grease or fluids that accumulate during extraction, making it easier to clean and maintain.
- Aluminum profile and 25mm insulation: The ventilation box is built with a 30mm aluminum profile structure, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. The corners of the box are made of nylon, increasing strength and preventing corrosion. The galvanized steel sandwich panel with internal rock wool insulation, 25mm thick class A1 (non-combustible) and 90 kg/m3 density, ensures excellent thermal and acoustic protection.
