Office ventilation is governed by the UNE-EN 13779:2008 standard that determines the requirements of ventilation systems in non-residential buildings with human occupation, a document on which the RITE (Spanish Regulation of Thermal Installations in Buildings) is based for this kind of installations.
This regulation will affect office rooms, restaurants, hospitals, classrooms, etc. and those facilities where industrial processes are developed are not included.
