GENERAL DESCRIPTION PARKDIRECT is Casals' simplest and most direct solution for car park ventilation control, specifically designed for installations where basic, robust, and highly economical management is required. It is the entry-level solution (Level 3) within the ventilation control family, positioned below PARKCOMPACT and PARKGUARD. It is the ideal system for small car parks or spaces seeking functional operation without the complexity of advanced automated systems.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE Unlike higher levels, this system dispenses with PLC, operating through direct electrical logic based on drives and motor maneuvers. Its architecture is focused exclusively on simplicity and reliability, allowing direct control of motors (maximum 1 motor per panel).
CONSTRUCTION AND CONTROL CHARACTERISTICS PARKDIRECT integrates an essential electrical panel that includes contactors for dual-speed motors (high/low) or, optionally, a frequency inverter (from 0.4kW to 45kW). The equipment incorporates all necessary electrical protections to ensure safe and durable motor operation.
INTEGRATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Despite its simplicity, the system allows basic integration with building security elements, being able to receive and act upon:
External signals from CO detectors.
Fire detection system signals.
Manual maneuver commands (Stop/Start).
OPERATION The operation of PARKDIRECT is based on immediate response to external signals without intermediate programmable logic, operating as follows:
Activation by External Signals: The fan is activated automatically upon receiving the order from the CO control unit or the fire signal.
Manual Maneuver: Allows direct control through control elements on the panel for specific interventions or service tests. Since it does not have a PLC, the system offers a direct electromechanical response, prioritizing the execution of the received signal to guarantee air renewal or extraction in case of emergency.
SUPERVISION AND VENTILATION TYPOLOGY PARKDIRECT offers basic status signaling through indicators on the panel, without a digital interface or detailed visualization per motor. It is a versatile system capable of individually managing the different types of ventilation required:
Extractors (exhaust).
Air supply (supply).
Induction fans (Jet fans).
