Car park ventilation requires control systems capable of adapting fan operation to the real conditions of each installation. The presence of CO, fire signals, time scheduling, manual operation or the need to integrate different ventilation units makes it essential to use flexible, safe and correctly sized solutions.
Casals offers a complete range of car park ventilation control systems, comprising PARKDIRECT, PARKCOMPACT and PARKGUARD. These three scalable solutions allow the most suitable level of automation to be selected for each project, from direct control of a single fan to advanced customised systems for complex installations.
Each car park has different requirements. A small car park may require a simple and cost-effective solution, while a medium-sized car park may need to manage several motors, CO and fire signals, and different operating modes. In more complex installations, an advanced architecture with greater supervision, BMS integration and customised configuration may be required.
For this reason, Casals structures its proposal into three levels:
PARKDIRECT: direct control system for small car parks or simple installations. It allows individual control of one motor per panel, using external signals or manual operation, without centralised programmable logic.
PARKCOMPACT: compact PLC control system for medium-sized car parks. It can manage 3 to 7 independent motors, with automatic or manual operation, low/high CO detection, fire signals and the possibility of integration with a firefighters’ control panel.
PARKGUARD: advanced control system for complex car parks. It is designed for projects that require a customised solution, with advanced logic, supervision, integration and full adaptation to the car park ventilation strategy.
With this range, Casals makes it possible to adjust the technological level to the real needs of each installation, avoiding system oversizing and optimising the balance between safety, functionality, flexibility and cost.
